Dont change your diet as drastically as that. Keep eating proteins, but eat smaller, more regular meals. Also do heaps of excersise. The more you sweat the more fat you are burning and the more weight you burn.

There is no quick way to loose weight that would be by any means healthy try portion control,fiber,fruits,veggies and protein,you need all the food groups in order to keep things moving.stay away from white bread,potatoes ,rice and grease or fat of any kind...in no time youll have lost weight in a sensible way!
the cabbage soup diet its not particularly healthy but if its just a week its a quick fix.
me and my mate took it to the extreme and did cabbage soup low fat veggies and water all week we were half starved oh and be warned when you eat carbs again you will bloat quickly so if your going to be eating atb the event you go to be careful
np and be careful this diet doesn't work more permanently and you may need to take vitamin supplements
