I ain't a sore loser. If I lose something, then that's how it is. For the time being, I should be happy since it lasted or was with me.

Absolutely nothing. I have lost everything a couple of times. I know how little it takes for me to live. Been there, done that, and it doesn't scare me, anymore.

My life. I once had a dream that God was going to show me what it felt like to die, and I agreed to feel it. The nothingness that followed when He shut down my brain was the most terrifying emptiness, and I somehow got across the message to "turn me back on" so He did. But he wanted me to think about what it means... and then I woke up.

I'm very health-conscious, I'm only 20. But I think when my father died a few years ago, it shook me enough to fuel this fear.

I'm not afraid to lose anything, but that is because I have gained so much more than I could possibly lose.

It could be that way for anyone. You just have to be tough on yourself and be willing to see your own flaws and weaknesses, but also know you have strengths and gifts, too. And take every situation that you find yourself in, and no matter how bad it is, see the good in it, too, learn the lesson, and strive to be better in all aspects of your life. When you do that with yourself, you learn to understand the needs of other people, too. Where you once got angry, you stay calm. Where you once felt hopeless, you give hope instead. You learn to see what's really important in life, but it's a process, it doesn't happen overnight. If you don't work on it, you will backslide.
