    I found the best drivers in any of the states to be in RI. They are courteous and work together to make traffic flow smoothly for all. After seeing their attitude in their driving habits compared to other states, I know that if there is anything wrong with the people in RI, it lays in their generosity of letting jerks from other areas move there.

    I was just in Newport. It was so white, rich and uppity it was creepy.
