I was driving to work, when a cow was in the middle of the road and won't move. So I brave the great outdoors and try to push this cow out of the way. But then he starts talking to me, and growing wings. And i freak out and run into the nearby woods. I fall and these tree branches start wrapping around my limbs and trapping me. Then these forest nymps come and exhaust me with their unsatiable sexual needs. But their older druid brothers become angry and shoo them away and free me, but they're angry with me for touching their sisters, so they shave my hair off and leave me in a bear cave naked.

The bear gets home and looks at me hungrily, but luckily thats when the fairies come to save me! And they transport me home.
/The end of my epic journey.

Aka, i was doing shrooms and mixed some acid and had the most intense trip of my life.

    jk :P

Car's broken down (I deliver pizza, and most of us drive POS cars, so breakdowns are expected.).

If you need an excuse to miss work then you are in the wrong job. Except for being ill or a doctor's appointment that couldn't be made outside working hours you shouldn't need to take time off. I mean that's cheating your company and yourself. Why do you want to miss work? Maybe for moving from one house to another your company can give you one day off. If a close family member dies you can take a day off for funeral I think. If you get married you can have time off. I can't think of any other good reasons for having time off. Oh, maybe if you have been struck by a natural disaster, or if the public transport has gone on strike and you have no other way of getting to work.

My dog ate my homework. Works every time because they think you need a day off to rest your brain. lol
