ZombieKitty	Posted Oct 18th, 2009 at 7:09AM Having standards and being proud of yourself and happy with yourself is great, but you need to be tactful and not look down upon others who do not have the high 'standards' you seem to have youngling. Geez, I am an only child and thought I was spoiled! LOL! Understand that not everyone has it as nice as you do hon. Some kids your age have nothing to eat when they go home, so name brand clothes and the most recent hairstyle are not on their list of worries. Adulthood is really gonna suck for you Princess. Have some compassion for others who don't have it as good as you. I used to have to wear hand me down (clothes) from the boy next door & I'm a girl. We didn't have much money but we have tons of compassion, character & morals. Thank You so much Mom for the Great Job you did for my brother & I. I mean it! It was a struggle but she did it! I think every one can be stuck up sometime or another. Think about it: a guy who is coming on to you and you don't want to be a jerk to him, tell him off, and you don't want to lead him on. Vanity is associated with being stuck-up. The trials we face in this life begat humbleness and humility, so a spoiled brat who hasn't had any serious problems, ends up feeling superior, and lacks humbleness.
