Grilled cheese sandwiches. But not the cheepo lind made with icky processed cheese slices. Nice bread, probably sourdough and a nice aged cheddar. Must have ketchup for dipping. And must be eaten with soup, but have to be homemade .... Something like Chipotle Sweet Potato soup.
