What is your favorite fancy restaurant?

They aren't fancy really, but I LOVE independent restaurants that have creative chefs and use fresh, local ingredients. Sonoma Station in Vermont, Kornerstone Bistro in North Carolina and Bread and Ink Cafe in Portland, Oregon are good places that I like to visit.

I don't really do fancy. I love to go to Olive Garden and Red Lobster. We don't have either of those where we live so it's always a treat for me when we get to eat there.

P.F. Chang's. Only been there once, but it is the BEST Chinese food I have EVER tasted.
