    Potted meat. Incredibly processed and high in sodium and high in fat, but a comfort food.

    i'm sorry...is that a british thing or something... potted meat? i have heard of potted plants... potted people but never ever potted meat... what is it?

    It's in a little Hormel can or Underwood. Spam is also potted meat.
