After watching the first episode of the new series last night, it could well be Sherlock. Failing that, Doctor Who.

Really? As a Holmes fan, I couldn't get past the trailers without wanting to throw something at the screen: it looked like an action-adventure with only the vaguest of connections to the original. Was I wrong, or just too set in my ways?

Best Answer

No you're right lol I do actually prefer the TV series but its very watchable :)

Best Answer

So just sit back, forget the Holmes angle and enjoy the ride? Maybe I'll do that; I tend to like Robert Downey's movies otherwise.
