What is your favourite healthy snack of all time?
Well,I can't sit still and study for a long period without munching something from time to time. I have lost quite some weight so I don't want to gain them back through snacking on the wrong stuffs. I bought these low-fat,low-calorie biscuits that have a lot of fiber,they were fine for a while,but they were not appetizing after a while. I live in hostel without a fridge so I can't buy stuffs that require refrigerating.
What do you guys snack on?
