What is your most resent wise thought or finding?

I found out today that you should NEVER put your cats in the laundry room to let the dogs in when the washer is on spin cycle. It scares the bejesus out of them.

i've recently learned that you can never truly love another until you learn to love yourself first.

I was laying down the other night thinking of dark energy,(yeah, I'm a dweeb). I had read an article about the Universe expanding rapidly and what could be attracting dark energy and it had to be stronger than gravity. Well the idea in my head was that it was attracted to itself and the Universe was not finished or complete yet. Some scientists think that the Universe is a bubble or round. The next day I watched the Cosmos with Carl Sagan and he said the very exact same thing that I thought. I seriously don't know how I could know such a thing, but I felt so damn smart.

interesting question... actually I figured this out when my marriage ended. And that is: love is NOT enough, love does NOT conquer all. Its stuck in my mind ever since.

No matter how deeply we loved each other we could not fix out marriage. This has just happened again to me where our love was not enough to overcome a major problem.
