He should just be single. If he wants to act like he is.

Making friends is ok, flirting and hitting on is the part where his partner should kick his ***.

Im a friendly guy, sometimes people misconstrue my friendliness for something more, I dont see why I should change my behaviour to fit in with someone elses paradigm of whats acceptable.

There's nothing wrong with a man being friends with women. However, if he has a partner and is blatantly flirting with them, then there is most likely a problem in the relationship. If he feels he needs to flirt with other women, then perhaps a relationship isn't the best option.

None of my business--it's up to the women involved to decide how they want to react.

This is someone that is confused and has low self esteem. They need to prove them selves for some reason. Not a good combination in a person at all.

not un-typical... is it a problem for you? the longer I live, and the more I see stories from both sides the harder I find it to condemn what people do...

if his partner is not giving him due respect, love, care and attention, why the heck he should care as well. but if he got a wife who is dedicated loving caring and honest than it is biggest crime in any relationship.

If he has a partner he needs to be single. If your asking in the sense you have a false sense of commitment then you should just move on.

I have allowed my heart to fill vacancy with someone who will never have the ability to love me back. When I attempt to remove this weight, it is through flirting and the ironic thing is, I would never progress towards the person I am flirting with, yet still hoping for the impossible. Totally Stupid Mental ************!!!

If its a open relationship then its fine! If not then they man or woman is a cheater!
They also need to tell the man or woman they are in a open relationship so they are up to speed on the same page!
