America will be on the skids as a power and bankrupted by our insane military spending and no longer able to muster the manufacturing capacity to be powerful. Politically, it will be a plutocracy with the mass of people being consumerist wage slaves.
Europe and China will be the dominants powers, having the power to engage their resources in men, materials and manufacturing.Like (3)

well that is a tough question but i believe that the usa will no long be the super power that it once was - i think if we continue on the same track we are on we are going to have a total economic collapse - more poverty,more dependent of welfare the world will be start to fall apart - crime on the rise everywhere, dirtier, killing more common, drugs/prostitutes everywhere - i guess our civilization will be falling apart because we've become such a self-destructive race

Still the US but the decline of power in the fractured EU will speed up the flow of wealth eastwards. Iraq and Afghanistan will be no better off. The fight against aids will continue to improve and the African league will have strengthened Africa.
