Get out and walk the dog, shoot some baskets, throw the Frisbee, surprise some friends and stop by.
Keep moving.
Keep breathing.
It's the way I do it.
Just don't give up try your best to fight through it
I concentrate on the good things in my life and just keep on living.
We all have our ups and downs .. it's a part of life.
As you get older, it will get easier as long as you're proactive with things and don't let the negative rule your life.
just me expecting more bad **** and saying it gets worst before it does better the more you say to yourself ill get through it it hurts just for now the more you see that its real when time moves forward
I just remember that none of this actually matters.
A burst of sorrow will be a distant memory a minute, hour, day, week from now, just as happiness will also fade. Nothing lasts forever.
Then there's that persistent, nagging, kind of sorrow that seems to eat away at everything until it's all you can feel. I haven't figured out how to overcome that, yet.
I try to just grunt in my head and be nice. But my body language tells on me all the time. I gotta work on that.
