Collections associate for a large retailer, semi-retired. good part--the majority of people I speak with are really very nice. Bad part...the occasional customer who thinks that they need to scream, yell, rant, rave and use vile language and expect it is going to get them somewhere. I have been called some pretty vile names by some people and some days wonder why I only semi-retired!

I'm retired. Best part, plenty of time to do whatever I want. Worst part, no money to do whatever I want.

I deliver pizza. I love that it's fast paced, challenging (sure, any fool can deliver a pizza, but try running 4+ at a time at spread out locations on time), and largely independent. On a good day, I'm running on an adrenaline rush, raking in cash while listening to awesome music. Also, though customers can be irritating, most are generally pleasant to interact with or have problems that can be fixed, and I enjoy fixing problems.
The bad parts are the relatively poor pay (as much as I wish I lived in a world where every day is busy enough to take 30+ runs, and everyone tipped $5, this just isn't the case), constant car breakdowns (delivering will destroy a car), instore work is a drag, aggravating traffic and stupid/hostile customers, slow periods (no deliveries=no money), managerial dysfunction, and incompetent/lazy coworkers (low wages attract both in spades).

I love my job as mental health support worker as I get to help people overcome very difficult times in their lives but the greatest part is giving back the client the power that the label, stigma ,professionals and mental illness take away. The worst part is having to lock heads with management when I see things that affect clients.I can not keep quiet and turn a blind eye. I will highlight and raise issues on behalf of clients and sadly this although makes me popular with clients, does not go down well with management and I am seen as trouble maker and rebel of team.

I'm a consultant and project manager for a large international company. The best parts are working from home and the salary. The worst part is when I get called into an issue at odd hours of the night.

The best part is that the time is full of stuff to do and monitor, so I am rarely bored. The worst part is that I am under-employed. I can and should do more -- and make more money.
