Where do you live? Seeds are free or low cost. Even if it's fall you can start the seeds in your house. Maybe buy plantors on the internet cheap and sell the plants for spring?
Imagination is free. Write a song, write a book..
Can you cook? Many people who work love homemade food but don't have the time.
Ask neighbors or relatives with an offer to make homemade meals delivered.
Roasts, Lasagna those things that take time to cook.
