Health. And you don't have to go to any Gym to exersice.....that's all marketing...
I walk so that is as far as I need to go with that. waste of my time otherwise
For me it helps control my health problems. Being in less pain and less dizzy is a major plus side to it. Of course there is all the other stuff like endorphines and looking better but the health side is the most important really.
When I dont work out I get sluggish and down and end up in a lot more pain so not working out ends up making me feel pretty crappy and then I add on guilt feelings for letting myself do that and have to start back at the beginning which is so frustrating.
I'm skinny-fat. :-/ Tiny but not very fit!
I do enjoy swimming though and I get a buzz from it
I sport, much more fun then working out.
