What kinds of foods should a hardgainer eat and how many times a day?

Question for hardgainers and lean body builders alike. I am a hardgainer and there are diet plans for me but how do I determine what kinds of foods contain 50% carbs, 25% proteins and 25% good fats ???

read the labels. compare to nutrition guides and then write our own diet plan. most diets for hardgainers or body builders take into consideration that most normal humans don't memorize the stats for nutrion science. so the menues are well written to include what you would need and the portions.

I'm not sure I understand the question, though I have the experience to help (being a hard gainer myself). The percentages can easily be figured from the label. I take the amount of grams each has in terms of calories (fat 1 gram = 9 calories, protein 1 gram = 4 calories, and carbs 1 gram = 4 calories). Once I have the amount of calories from each classification, I find what the percentage is of the total calories.
