One, both are important to some degree in most relationships. Two, which is more important is going to depend greatly upon the individuals in question (high libido and low IQ vs. low libido and high IQ are going to value things differently).

Separate bank accounts and avoiding each other in the morning and then until at least two hours after work. A TV in the spare room pays dividends as well.
