A bad president is one who needs to be president to bolster his own flagging ego, one who has father issues, one who is so wealthy without having worked for it that he absolutely no clue what it's like to have little. To have nothing to feed your kids.
One who partied his way through college with mediocre grades, one who played at being the in service but might like to play Commander in Chief. One who has absolutely no problem with making all his cronies his advisers and then making sure they have plenty of opportunities to make lots of money, even if it means starting bogus wars for little man power issues and giving them huge no-bid contracts.
A bad President is one who is easily led and manipulated, who gives away the Supreme Court through partisan appointments of people as corrupt as he. A bad President pays no heed to law, instead believing he is law unto himself.

The inability to understand how the economy works.... or perhaps it's their ability to manipulate stupid people who don't understand the economy into thinking they are making good decisions.
