Get proper help asap otherwise you will end up feeling empty.
Changing my focus. Not focus on the thing that made me depressed is the first place. Think of the good in my life. Deep breathing exercises work too. The relax me. They make me calmer, more peaceful. Help me think straighter. I have this breathing exercise that I do: I breath in good thoughts and breath out all negativity (doubt, anger, hate, discouragement, depression, confusion...). Repeat until you are in a better place in your head. Last week I was at the doctors and I did this exercise and I had the lowest blood pressure I have ever had (110/60).
