Being trapped. Whether it is by cicumstance or by people. I don't like going places without driving myself. I always leave myself a way out.

Spiders (spider webs are even worse.. cus you're not sure if the spider is there or not). and talking to authority figures.

being interviewed by a panel of people, its like i dont know where to look or who to look at and my eyes start flickering not the best interview technique.

Speaking in front of a group of people. I hate that. I also don't like having to meet new people and make small talk with them.

Being around drunk people who obviously are so inebriated as to have lost their senses, and are very unpredictable. That's why I don't go to drunken parties.

A call from my dad five minutes after I just got off the phone with him, particularly if the conversation ended awkwardly/badly. I know good and well when that happens I'm in for a very painful conversation with him.

tornado warnings,dark halls( Probably from childhood , growing up w/ just brothers was brutal)
Tornado's is a biggie for me. Been in one and they are no fun.

Trusting my serger

Having no control (flying, surgery, trapped, esp in small space, the dark - yes the dark)

Having a stomach that is able to work in reverse...lol

being nervous makes me nervous

walking alone outside at night

needing to rely on myself to accomplish an important task
