Mostly genetics; look at the women in your family. Other than that, your general weight and physical maturity.
Hormones make your boobs grow... now... I'm 15 and a D cup... sooo... idk how alot of girls feel... just because your boobs haven't grown in a while don't mean nothin' my sister's 23 and her boobs still go up a size every once and a while
...damn, that's a lovely mental image right there.
Still. and I hate hate hate giving any advice on this topic because it feels such a crying shame... :(
Here are some I'd class as bullshit, but which you will hear:
# Having sex. Boys WILL try this one! Be prepared :D
# Sleeping position. There are suggestions for sleeping on front, back, and sides. Not all three can be correct! None have been shown to have any effect.
# Weight gain, and/or beer - Sounds like bullshit to me. That will gain weight all over your body, not just boobs. Though, worth trying - you might be one of those lucky ones that gains weight only there and on your ***.
# Fenugreek topical cream to the area you want to grow bigger.
# Eating cheap chicken laced with hormones.
# Vacuum suction cups - temporary, can cause bruising and/or blood clots if abused.
Here are some which are probably also bullshit, but at least can't hurt to try:
# Eating Papaya fruit, sesame seeds, fenugreek, vitamin D. Allegedly, all these have been tied to breast growth. I'm unconvinced: there's not gonna be anything magic in these that targets boobs. But hey, good food never hurts.
# Breast massage - increases blood flow, so stimulates growth. Sounds like bullshit to me, but if I had boobs, I would probably play with them all the time anyway, so, worth a shot and costs nothing. Google this - a lot of people claim it works over time, but it sounds like a fair bit of work: 200 repetitions morning and night? Eww.
# Exercise, particularly strength training to build up your chest muscles. This will make for a slight improvement to chest size and definition in general, but won't give you mammoth ****. Female pro softball pitchers tend to have the breast of their pitching arm be rather larger and perkier than the other because it's pushed out a little by the muscle, so it makes a small but noticeable difference at pro levels at least.
# Avoiding sleeping with tight bra or shirt - and indeed, avoid wearing tight clothing and bras in general. That's essentially breast-binding, which is what people do to keep 'em small! But especially while sleeping, which is where most growth happens. Not 100% convinced by this one, personally, but it can't hurt.
Here are some which at least sound like they might work:
# If you are really skinny, eat more. You can't be anorexic AND have DD. Pick one.
# If you're a bodybuilder... again, pick one: crushing a beer can in your butt muscles, or big boobs.
# Get pregnant. Yeah, I don't recommend this one.
# Sources of phytoestrogen: pistachios, walnuts, cashews, and chestnuts; red wine, white wine, black tea, and green tea; peaches, strawberries, and raspberries; Green beans and winter squash.
# Padded bras and/or makeup.
# Change your posture.
# Just waiting. 16 is young. Supplements are usually recommended for over-20s. And hopefully by then you'll have found a guy who appreciates that kind of beauty. We do exist. Also look at your mom, aunts, etc, and see their breast sizes. That's about how big yours are likely to end up if you give them time. Blood will out.
# Birth control pills. Hormones in them may help some people, but it's unlikely and not worth the side effects unless you need them for some other reason. Again, talk to your doc.
# Hormone treatment - need to talk to your doc about this. She'll tell you to wait a few years before considering it. Will also increase your changes of breast cancer (amputated boobs are not bigger),
# Breast augmentation surgery. Same problem: you'll be told to wait. Also, various complications, esp when it comes to breast feeding, etc.
Remember, I am not a doctor, I am an *anonymous internet pervert*. Do not take medical advice from random internet perverts. Sure, take the stuff above as a launchpad for your own research if you want to, but don't trust me on any part of it. I've already nailed my colors to the mast: I *absolutely love* flat chested women, and if I thought I could lead you astray, you have no reason to believe that I would not. And even if I weren't totally biased, I might still be completely *wrong*. So, read up on each one of these. If you're serious about it, research it yourself.
Oh damn! I had a brilliant answer to this, but you are too young:P!
Lol hormone changes will make them grow, so just be patient and I promise you that before you know it...they'll grow.
LIke a guy and his penis there is nothing you can do to make your boobs bigger other than cosmetic surgery. Besides at 16 you are still in puberty so it is possible that your boobs haven't stopped growing yet or you are just going to have small boobs. Deal with it
French Fries do it for me
fatty foods ?
