I think the face is the best one to go with, because the body can disappear after some over eating and never come back. I have seen that so many times that it is scary. The problem is that if their body gets real big then the face will be different too.

I can work on my body in many ways but there is a very limited amount I can do to change my face so I know which I would go for if I had to choose.
