What motivates you in life?

When depressed and down, what cheers you up? Is there something that motivates you to keep on going when you're just about to give up? A special friend that's always there for you... a song you always play over and over..hobbies like writing, playing an instrument that can soothe your mind in admist of all your emotions?

I'd have to say, my friends. Emma, Izzy, Isabela, Rara, Johnny, and a few others that have pulled me through depression and showed me that I can overcome any obstacles if I put my mind to it. I will move forward and be strong. - I will always be there for you too whenever you need me. I thank you for being there my dearest friends.

What motivates me is described in a psychilogical study by Maslow: A Theory of Human Motivation (1943).

What cheers me up is the fact that it could be worse and I make myself belief that I can change this bad situation. Although, in most of the situations I'm asking God to pull me threw, whatever the cost. I'm just not lucky enough to have such friends. Although I do have friends that pull me threw hardships in work.

But I live for the simple pleasures in life, love, my boyfriend, people I care about, writing, singing, music, enjoying myself, humor, the sea, good food and drinks, dreaming, good memories, ... In my case, personally, I love cats, so that's who I help.
