Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
I've read somewhere that Rosemary's Baby and Flight of the Navigator are being remade. They would be interesting to see. Also Robocop is being remade.

The Italian Job.
The original was funny, clever, extremely british, and a complete classic.
The remake was a classic piece of holywood crap. Nothing clever about it, just a group of American models trying to looking awesome for a couple hours. the plot was different, the characters were different, it didn't even take place in Italy, so why the he'll did they take the name?

There have been so many horrible remakes that it's hard to pick just one. Of all the remakes I've seen, "The Omen" remake was one of the most useless and pointless remakes I can recall. It was an almost verbatim and scene-by-scene inferior duplicate. As much as I don't like most remakes, I can at least understand the point if they explore an angle of the story that's a bit different from the original.

How many more Superman movies do we need to see? Pick any one of the many that have been made including the latest installment previewing in movie theatres...thought the fellow playing Clark Kent is VERY attractive. LOL

sooo many of them but two that I despise are Charlie and the Chocolate Factory(just goes to show Johnny Depp can't improve everything) and Footloose...I will never understand that one.

The only movie I can think of that was done justice being remade was 'Let The Right One In' being remade as 'Let Me In'. Both films were a credit to their makers. But as always the book was so much better.
