What movie was this?

I saw a pretty insane drama movie the other day.
This seemed like a older movie about a old mother with a herion addic son who steals her TV for drug money. The son has a girlfreind who desings clothes and he makes her sleep with her theripist for drug money. The old mom gets a phone call that shes been selected to be on a tv game show so she goes to the doctor and gets put on some kind of stimulant diet pills to fit into her old red dress. she eventualy goes bat shit crazy with her living room turning into a gameshow and her fridge trying to get her. The son gets a nasy infection on his arm from shooting up and gets sit amputated in the end.

Sound familar to anyone??
