None. The problem with distraction of noise is part of my medical symptoms related to my medical diagnosis. I can either listen to music (etc.) or I can "think". I can't do both. I love the sound of silence, or the sound of the wind, or the sound of leaves blowing, except for the tinnitus in my ears, and it is so good for me to have no noise around (no sirens, no ice cream trucks, no screaming kids, no barking dogs, no jets taking off or landing, no car horns -- my noise pet peeve list grows daily). I have Central Auditory Processing Disorder and Hyperaccusis and they both interfere with my ability to process language. Music without words is much easier for me, but even then it can distract.
