    * Communication between the different levels of management and the rest of us would be great!
    * Have upper management actually get out here in the "field" and see how things REALLY work!

    great team work and a feeling that i've done something worthwhile at the end of the day. I love my job! My paycheck isn't too bad either, i just need to balance the $$ in and out a little better.

    Honestly. Fairness. Enough money to make the labor worth it. Would be great if the job is interesting and maybe a bit physical. I hate sitting at a desk all day or in a cubicle. Would be great if I could get outdoors a bit. Interact with animals or friendly people. Oh...and no flourescent lights!
