Without fail: D3, multi, krill oil, trace minerals, magnesium, Vitamineral Green.

When I feel like it, all manner of other supplements, but I've been at this for years and have devoted a considerable amount of time to educating myself. People should be just as wary of supplements as they should be of drugs. One prescription does not fit all.
