What personality characteristics do you find desirable in other people?

Intelligence is paramount. A sense of humor is very attractive. It is important that they are grounded, are kind and possess the highest level of integrity. Fun loving would be icing on the cake, and if they loved sports like I do, I think it would be heaven on earth!
