What phone should I get?

I'm due for an upgrade in about a month, I need to know what phone I should get. I have AT&T. I'd like a phone with a full slide-out keyboard. Has to be somewhat compact. No bells and whistles, just maybe a camera. No iPhone, no Blackberry.
