Creative on his part. Had friends set up a dinner on a table with even a table cloth at the beach under a full moon. And as we sat there in the romantic setting laughing and enjoying each other, crabs came and attacked our feet and when we noticed, they were everywhere!!!!!!!!

Laughter and no awkwardness.

The crabs cut it short on the beach, but he didn't get angry, but we did find the chairs and table (folding kind) are not made to withstand an assault by two adults hellbent on escaping the pinchers!!!

All of that...and he opened doors for me! Haha! It wasn't like a date at all - no nerves or jitters, we just laughed and talked and had fun.
