Take Vitamin C, it shortens the duration of a cold, also if you feel like a headache or anything like flu symptoms are coming on, take 3000mg of Vitamin C, immediately and in one go, that is the trick, but dont take 3000mg everyday, Vitamin C can upset your stomach - so don't overdo it.

Go to bed for 2 weeks. Remember, it's not a cold, it's chicken flu. If you're still on deaths door step after this, then it's time to get the big guns out and come down with a dose of double pneumonia.
