    His Mom probably is just getting used to the fact that her son is getting older and having girls in his life. It's not an easy adjustment for we parents.

    I'm sure it's nothing personal to you.

    I would like to say that I have a feeling you're not in "love" with him, probably more infatuated with him at this point. There's a huge difference.

    I would suggest if you're around his Mom, be polite and talk to her. That will be a big plus for you.

    well i been out with a few boys before ......but i never went out with josh but when im near him my heart beats 10 times faster

    get used to it... no Mum ever likes you cause you take away their little boy from them. It's worse when it's your mother in law :o)

    She probably wants him to focus on school rather than girls at this point in his life.
