What should I do to ensure complete recovery from the second lifetime dislocation of my right shoulder?

The first time I dislocated it was when I was 15 or 16.

I have significant pain and soreness in my right arm.

Is This A Good Question? (1)

I get shoulder pain. It's horrible. Especially when trying to sleep or blow dry the hair. I suggest you sit still and don't move for the rest of your life. It would help if you were filthy rich so you could hire people to do stuff. Whatever you do, be careful.
