so i cut myself and recently one of my cuts has become badly infected, i dont want to tell anyone because i dont want to go to the asylum( where i am already registered)

    You tell someone who loves you and go to the doc, or you can wait till you get gangrene and wake up in a hospital without whatever appendage you cut.

    Who cares what you want, your judgement is compromised, you're already cutting yourself. Tell someone, that can help you. Don't let what you want get in the way of what's good for you.
