What should I do?

Last night me and my girlfriend was chatting, and we joked about me carrying her on my back, she said I couldn't do it so I said I'd carried a person before. I told her is a girl and it was during an activity in the Red Cross Society. The truth is the girl is a friend of mine, we hung out one time and we joked around as I carried her and ran a few meters. I lied cause I was afraid that she will be jealous, but I felt guilty..should I tell her the truth?

If she doesn't ask you to speak in more depth then you have no obligation to do so.

You gave another girl a piggy back ride? Did you use protection at least?

If you think she'll be jealous, you'd better hide it in your mind.Or tell her directly,She'll trust you more than before.

You did carry a girl on your back, it happened before you met your current girlfriend, why stir up feelings of jealousy; just let it be. As long as you have been faithful to her, that is all that matters. It is up to you if you want to clear it up and be more specific, if your conscious would feel better about it.

The more words, the more complicated the situation. Please avoid complications and deal with it.

Sounds like you like this girl and want honesty which is admirable. But when you bring up something that really doesn't have significance to this relationship out of the blue it will only cause confusion. Maybe it will come up again later and you can clarify it to your satisfaction then
