What should I do?

I had a great day today. I got my nose pierced, went to the doctor, and went to a portfolio day. However All I can think is " Is my family falling apart", " Who to trust" and " Will I do the same things?". My family has been fighting all day today. Tears were shed, profanities had been said, and furniture had been thrown. This is like the 5th time something like this had happen, each time I had to go to school the next day. I don't have anyone who I trust, outside of my family, to talk to. I don't know whether to cry or at least scream.
