What should i do ?

ok i know this guy and we walked around town friday and went to the gastaion and got some drinks . and he like 3 years younger then me and whouldent stop stairing at my boobs and then he stared throwing ice at me went down my shirt. and every time i looked into his eyes it was like can i help you get the ice out of your shirt then we went to my house and then the football game why we were in the car on the way there 5 people in the back seat and me and him were right next to each other and he kept looking down my shirt cuz i was siting sideways on the door so he had like a prefect view and i couldent move so it was like omg when we got there we were buy that cherrin for his sis cuz she won homecoming queen she was laghing at us cuz he was hiting me in the face with a balloon omg it was so annoying.

I'd say either stop hanging out with him until his hormones settle down a bit.... ...or just be upfront--he's a younger boy who has a crush on you, if you tell him that he's acting 'uncool' or 'like a baby', you can get him to try to act more grown up-- BUT it's all in the wording, and you have to act unimpressed and as if you notice him less when he acts immature, and vice versa. ;-) I speak from experience ;-) Rated: +1Vote for this!
