Allow yourself to go through the pain and make your decisions when the pain has subsided as to whether or not you can still be around this person. unicorn59	Posted Jun 19th, 2009 at 8:08AM Forgive them....yes, I said it.....Forgiveness is a choice....and Unforgivenness is a poison, for you to carry around....it will make you physically/mentally sick.....Choose to forgive them, for yourself....not because they necessarily deserve it.... Let them know they hurt you....(chances are, they already have an idea)....but, it's important that you tell them how you feel...whether it makes any difference or not, it's therapeutic for you..
