The only thing I've eaten since wednesday is a cheesburger that I trew up (really shouldn't eat that when you havn't eaten in a long time). WHAT should I eat, something that will stay down? and not too heavy, because I'm not really hungry..

Last time i didn't eat for 3 days i think i had a sandwich, i didnt make a big thing of it, i just sat back in my chair one day and realised "Wow, i havent eaten or drank anything for 3 days... i suppose i should eat something then.. i wonder why im not hungry" I then ate a sandwich and drank something, and carried on with my day.

Go on the BRAT diet: Bread, rice, applesauce, tea. My mom always gave me that (in small amounts) when I was feeling sick.
