The best thing to start with is chicken broth and crackers.
Any clear broth is good. Vegetable broth is also good.

Bread and cheese, pasta, noodles, stay away from fat, sugar and heavy oils.
Last time i didn't eat for 3 days i think i had a sandwich, i didnt make a big thing of it, i just sat back in my chair one day and realised "Wow, i havent eaten or drank anything for 3 days... i suppose i should eat something then.. i wonder why im not hungry" I then ate a sandwich and drank something, and carried on with my day.

I would try to eat as much as u can but that's just me
Go on the BRAT diet: Bread, rice, applesauce, tea. My mom always gave me that (in small amounts) when I was feeling sick.
