~The sound is made intermittently throughout and is said twice after the initial words are sung. I need either the song, artist or a lyric or two. I've been searching for over a year and found it once and quickly lost it. I haven't found it since. I think it ranges in the 80s. Idk any lyrics.

    um...Miami Sound Machine? I think it's called "the rythm is gonna get you"...maybe? hard to say when you don't say what genre of music it is.....I'm totally guessing also....
