a hard boiled egg (lowfat), some fresh fruit, LOVE grilled asparagus for breakfast, and maybe an evil blueberry muffin (high fat/carbs)

I had cookies with nutella! X3 milk, and cereals are good for breakfast, it makes you feel like it's morning.
