good way when someone with a soothing voice talks or sings around me and on few occasions if i trust them any kind of touch im not talking in dirty places but like my hands or back or head but the bad thing is the overwhelming one is also touch if it is unexpected or i dont feel 100% safe doesnt matter if you are someone i have known all of my life if you dont give the warning hey im going to hug you or touch your hair or back or even hand you can cause me to go into an anxiety attack after i start accidently screaming dont touch me i dont experience things like other people do and alot of people dont understand that but also smells and lights and sounds overwhelm me
