3 am, and then again at 10 am. Yay summer...
I have an irregular sleep schedule. I often sleep from 8 to 11 pm, or 10pm to 12am, or 9pm to 1am, and then can be awake until 3, 4 or 5 am, or just stay awake. I'm always awake by 6am, active by 8am, then may take a siesta 1 to 3pm, unless something is going on. I've been self-employed since 1991, that contributes. How about you?
