It probably feels like we are all saying the same thing. That we don't understand, but everyone who says move on here is right. CUT THE TIES, all of them. May not be easy at first, but gradualy it will get better. Say your last goodbye, even tell him not to call you again. There will be days you feel like calling but resist the urge. Have a complete overhaulk and makeover. Go out with girlfriends for fun. Get back into your old hobbies that made you feel grounded and know yourself better. Find your centre again. You will think about him now and then, but eventually with the steps you've taken towards focusing on you, you'll soon have forgotten that you have not been thinking about him and that you don't have the urge to call him. Once the hurt is gone then seeing him again if your paths ever cross again it won't be so painful and you might really see him as just a friend. Don't deprive yourself of a good chance to meet someone else who truly wants you and you want them back!

It is sad but the most dignified thing to do is to accept it and move on. You will make your life easier this way.

cry
move on
cry
do other things
It might hurt bad now, it will get better.

Been there. Done that.

i could write a few chapters on this myself. i agree with gingercandy, you should really put some distance between him and yourself. the way you're feeling, i don't think having anything to do with him is going to help much. it would be torture to me and why put yourself through that?

You'll experience all emotions Anger, Hate , love, frustration and the fact that you probably wanna kick his backside.!! majorly .....eventually the hurt will go away and you'll get thru it like everyone else ...it's true you can mend a broken heart esp with chocolates :D as long as you stay true to yourself and know who you are, hold your head high ..! cos your worth, it and you never know what' around the corner..! chin up

Just cut off all ties.
I know exactly how this feels, so I can tell you that time WILL heal old wounds.
It won't take a day, but if you still try to get him back it will only make it harder.
Let go.

Try to avoid him as much as possible. He's probably just trying to be polite but it would be better for you if he just kept out of your way.

Let it go. It would be hard, but it's harder to stay with someone who doesn't wanna be held on to. People change. It's an an easy thing to accept, but that's the reality of life. He's gone coz he's not good enough for you. Someone will be happy that you are no longer together. Someone better deserves you.
