What to you think? True or false? Why? What's your experience? After a diet you must eat 300 calories less each day.

read an article yesterday that said people who have dieted consume an average 300 calories less that people at the same weight who have not dieted. For example a 200 pound person who looses 30 pounds weighs 170 pounds. The person must continue to eat 300 calories less each day for over 6 years than the 170 pound person who never weighed more than 170 pounds.

Damn if I diet like, 5 times, I wouldn't have to buy groceries any more.

:) I think 300 calories reduction s what you get regardless of how many times you diet.
