    Lopsided haircuts, black and white poses against chain link fences, guys in skirts and eyeliner, girls in ripped fishnets...I mean, c'mon, the Cure, Echo and the Bunnymen, Greenday...Oh, and add to the list, I was pre-child and traveling the world, so I've got a certain affection ;)

    :) It was much darker than the 80s, but for those of us that embraced dark, it was also f.u.n.
