Actualy,it was a cord of firewood one cold winter.All i had was a wood burning stove for heat.never found out who it came from.

a simple thin 22k gold chain with a small hand-crafted gold leaf sent to me from my friend in the USA for one Christmas along with two pieces of hand-crafted jewelry pieces for my girls. It was very thoughtful and sweet that he made the leaf and center pieces for my girls necklaces by hand.

My wife always used to seem to have to work on my birthday, so she used to hire a masseuse who was a friend of a family friend to come and give me a massage while she was working

I've liked a ton of gifts I've received, of course. But I think my favorite to date is the pair of diamond earrings from my boyfriend this Xmas. He knows I really wanted an engagement ring, but we are not at that point yet and I have finally kinda made peace with that. I did not think he would get me anything as nice as the earrings, so it was extra sweet to find those in my stocking.
